Ramesh Bogati
Founder & Managing DirectorThe company was founded by Mr. Ramesh Bogati, a highly experienced project management professional with extensive expertise in managing large-scale national and international projects. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully led and coordinated diverse projects across multiple sectors, gaining valuable experience in project planning, execution, quality assurance, risk management, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination. His professional experience extends beyond Nepal and includes project management responsibilities for various international assignments, including projects funded and managed by the United States Government in countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and the Philippines. These assignments provided him with extensive exposure to international project management practices, quality standards, safety regulations, and operational excellence. With several years of hands-on experience in managing complex projects, Mr. Bogati possesses in-depth knowledge of both national and international construction standards, project governance frameworks, quality management systems, and occupational health and safety requirements. His leadership philosophy is built on professionalism, integrity, accountability, innovation, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. Under his guidance, Rising Builders and Engineers continues to expand its capabilities and explore opportunities across various industries, including construction, engineering consultancy, project management services, infrastructure development, international trade, import/export, and other business sectors that contribute to economic growth and sustainable development.
